In a 5-star setting, every detail matters. I manage and maintain everything from the smallest touchpoints—like a dripping faucet, a faulty door lock, or a cracked tile—to critical systems such as water pumps, filtration systems, and mechanical infrastructure. I’m equally hands-on with commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring stoves, dishwashers, and food service systems operate flawlessly under pressure. Beyond that, I maintain laundry operations including industrial washers, dryers, and press machines, as well as fleet and utility equipment, handling issues as varied as vehicle lighting, electrical faults, and system diagnostics.
My strength is in anticipating issues before they impact guests, responding quickly when they do, and resolving them properly the first time. I’m comfortable moving between trades, coordinating vendors when needed, and stepping in myself when speed and precision matter most.
